Location – Dubai

Roles/Responsibilities

• Good knowledge on Azure Cloud Security & Modern Workplace Security solutions including Defender, Purview, etc., AWS security knowledge is a plus.
• Experience on basic configuration management and checks for Security solutions categorized under Azure Cloud & Modern Workplace
• Knowledge and understanding of basic concepts of Azure networking, Firewall, License classification, License bundles, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Azure architecture and Microsoft recommendations
• Responsible for designing solution documents.
• Responsible for writing deployment approach steps and how integration within multiple solutions of Microsoft will take place for On-premises & Cloud Assets/Users.
• Support customers in troubleshooting basic issues.
• If required, should be willing to travel to customer locations and support PS team or support team for issue resolution.
• Keep track of latest security services & bundles introduced by Microsoft on Azure & Modern Workplace, AWS.

Experience / Skills/Qualifications

• Education Qualification – B.E/ B.Tech / BCA/MCA/ BSc.IT with 4 to 6 years of experience
• Understanding IT environments, Routing & Switching and IP Addressing in Public Cloud
• Relevant 3+ years hands on experience in Azure tenant administration
• In-depth knowledge of capabilities of M365, Azure Cloud, and AWS Security offerings.
• Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity.
• Good understanding of Public Cloud environments
• Good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
• Able to communicate with customer stakeholders.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 environments.
• Continuous learning & flexible approach
